Our 116th Anniversary Donegal Ball will take place on Saturday, November 27th, 2004 at the Irish Center with entertainment provided by BLACKTHORN (www.irishthing.com). John McDaid will entertain in the Fireside Room. Chairman of this year’s Ball is Vincent Gallagher.
At the Fall meetings prior to the event, please remember to submit the name of your child so he or she may have the opportunity to win scholarship money. At the Ball, two boys’ names and two girls’ names will be drawn for scholarships.
Admission to the Ball is $15. for advance tickets and $20. at the door. Donegal Bowling
The Donegal Bowling team is still going strong and having a great time. They play every Wednesday evening at Playhouse lanes on .
The team bowled against Cavan on Sunday December 14. A good time was had by all, and the Donegal team came out the winner over Cavan.
